Payment Terms

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of new rates.

Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance may be performed with prior notice when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by G Network Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Network Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Data Backup and Loss

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to service interruptions, hardware failures, or user actions.

We recommend regular backups as part of good data management practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
